Production Staff (in charge of Assembly & Repair)

• Control the using of sub-materials, facilities and other equipment in Trim & Final Assembly and Repair shops
• Study Kaizen for Trim & Final Assembly and Repair shops
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager/General Manager
• Follow up and take necessary action to reduce Mitsubishi Motors Orders (MMO) parts in Trim & Final Assembly and Repair shops
• Supervise workers of Production line, mostly in charge of Trim & Final Assembly and Repair shops
• Check worker operation as standard (using proper tool, record check sheets, follow up AOS, WIS, etc.)
• Cooperate with the shops’ leader to follow up regulations of safety and 5S rules (regulated by both company and factory)
• Support workers in working with Assembly Operation Sheet (AOS), Work Instruction Sheet (WIS) and Engineering documents concerned

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology
• Knowledge: Automotive Engineering
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in automobile field, preferably with experience in the same position/function
• Mandatory skills:
• AutoCAD proficiency
• English (fluent communication, good at writing and reading and well versed in automobile-related English terminologies)
• PC skills (MS office, Power Point, etc.)
