Production Activities on the dedicated Lines: Percent of Total Job (80%)
· Manage 2 dedicated production lines/Production Area
· Develop directions to drive performance of dedicated assets according to achieve company’s objectives.
· Make plan to Implement and monitor programmes/best practices for improving safety, house keeping quality, Maintenance, Grade Change Effectiveness, production output… on the dedicated production lines/ production area
· Ensure maximum output and minimum waste & delay. Ensure adequate labor for production.
· Lead specific improvement projects on the dedicated production lines or for all manufacturing
· Provide daily management on the processes of effectively using raw materials, ensuring continual improvement in the areas of yields and manufacturing waste, effectively mobilizing and utilizing resources on the dedicated assets to ensure fully conformance with all WCM Accountabilities
· Manage budget and conversion cost on dedicated production lines/area
· Work with related person to implement safety, quality anssurance process in dedicated area.
· Ensure safety, housekeeping, quality practice and other procedures, regulars are followed by LOP, OP, staffs.
· Lead all activities/programs to build World Class Manufacturing Culture in the team of dedicated production lines/production area
· Work with planer to have well production plan, and allocate resource and machine to achieve production plan as quantity and time line.
· Coordinate with engineering team to have well maintenance activities on the dedicated lines.
· Ensure that communication from management team to all staffs smonthly.
· Lead project or special assignement from manager/director
· Production staff is fully and adequately trained on the production equipment as well as any and all upgrades
Expected End Result:
· Continuous improvement of WCM KPI on Production on the dedicated lines: Safety Indexes, Quality Indexes, Productivity and Conversion cost....
Ways to Measure Accomplishment
· Safety and housekeeping
· Conversion costs (Maintenance cost, labor cost, packing cost...)
· OEE, % waste, quality KPIs.
· Customer service (Conformance to plan ….)
· Timely and quality completion of projects, master action plan
· SOPs in place, Internal control level
Human Resources : Percent of Total Job (20%)
· Coordinating with HR to recruit the Teams
· Implementing the performance management process to the Teams on the dedicated lines in line with factory /department directions/policy.
· Provide constructive coaching & feedback, recognition to the Teams and support functions working on the dedicated lines.
· Develop Development Plan for LOPs, Ops, packer, staff as well as training programs to meet their position qualification requirements.
Understands and applies relevant quality management principles in all assignments and responsibilities to support the company’s goal of achieve world class status in quality
