Production Supervisor

Supervising production activities in shift.
Ensure production plan on quantity, quality, product cost.
Management and maintenance of production activities.- Implement production plan in shift in each production cycle.
Ensure that the products produced meet the quality standards, according to the company&039;s quality management standards.
Proposing improvement plans to improve production efficiency.:
Complete other tasks as requested by superiors
Ensure efficient production by methods of controlling consumption norms: labor, raw materials, fuel, and supplies.
Manage personnel in production shift
Controlling direct costs in the production of food on the basis of established production norms.
Manage equipment as well as vehicles involved in production.
Regularly monitor the operation of machinery and equipment, promptly troubleshoot problems, make maintenance requirements.

At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position in the food manufacturing industry
Graduated from university major in Food Chemistry, Mechanical ,Electrical or related fields
Good command of English
Gender: Male; Age: 30-45 years old
Experienced in production management, process and equipment
