Production Supervisor

- Production Supervisor is responsible to cover all production activities, includes man-power, materials and sub-materials, machine and equipment…ensure everything is Ready for production.
- Evaluate the production performance through production yield report, labour using efficiency….
- Make a Capex investment plan for whole year and submit investment proposal as commitment plan.
- Calculate and control OEE factors from Production activities and weekly report to Sugar Mix Assistant Manager.
* Working relationship and responsibility:
- Working relationship: keep good connection between CCR and MRP to ensure 100% follow production schedule. Inform and report on time to Manager production issues to get direction to solve it.
- Contact with other departments directly, like QC, WH – Logs, R&D, Maintenance, BOD also to inform and get instruction to fix related problem immediately to reduce the waiting time and lost for factory.
- Responsibility requirement: follow and complete job requirement and other requests from superior.
* Scope :
- Calculate and estimate CoGM monthly to follow Business plan.
- Supervise production activities to follow Production schedule.
- Prepare Capex plan for whole year and submit proposal to proceed it.
- Ensure machine and equipment always Ready for Production.

- Teamwork spirit, always share and support each other to finish job requirement.
- Have basic knowledge about Foods Industrial operation and equipments.
