Production Supervisor

Overseeing and coach employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Motivate and initiate continuous program in productivities and qualities improvement
Fulfill all work order requirement on time
Make production plan
Create the SOP for all parts.
Check production output according to specifications
Meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives set by management
Submit reports on performance and progress
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Meet KPIs and target setted by management.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Can communication in English or/and Chinese
• Proven experience in Production in manufactory environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
*** WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working day: from Monday to Saturday.
- Working time:
 From 13h00 to 17h00.
 From 8h00 to 12h00.
