Production SupervisorUrgent job

1.Arrange and coordinate the production plan for each line base on PC plan;
2.Monitor the KPI of subordinates and direct them to make the sustainable improvement;
3.Cooperate with MFE, PIE, TE and QA to check the production and prevent wastage.
4.Keep cleanliness and monitoring discipline (5S and discipline control);
5.Industrial safety, anti-static equipment;
6.Follow up the finished delivery and keep the record
7.To control and monitor correct usage of personal protection equipment as required
8.Propose the good idea to manager for production improvement.
9.Drive the QCC team to solve any problem occurred in production line.
