* REPORT TO:Plant Manager
LOCATION:Huntsman Vietnam Co., Ltd. (HMV)
225/3, Street 13, Amata Long Binh IZ, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, Vietnam
BUSINESS:PU, AdMat
* JOB PURPOSE:Lead and execcute daily operations of Production team
to achieve safe, cost effective and timely activities of PU and AdMat manufacturing to meet customers’ needs and achieve business targets.
* PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Lead production team and execute together with team to deliver product output meet the customer requirement on time in full with both quantity, quality and company operations target under EHS standard and working procedures ISO procedure
2.Supervise team to deliver yearly and individual objectives/KPI. Work with Plant Manager to develop functional expertise and build up team strength
3.Manage to ensure all machine and equipment are always in safe condition to operate.
4.Work with Plant Manager to deliver effective production planning to meet customers’ needs. Create and release production schedule, production order, complete production order and stock adjustment via SAP.

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Bachelor degree in Chemist with minimum 3-5 years working experience in chemical plant.
2.Good knowledge in computer literacy, SAP experience is an advantage
3.Forklift truck driving license
4.Good leadership ,interpersonal and motivational skill due to job holder has to manage day to day operations under high pressure to deliver agreed delivery plan
5.Good analytical, communication and win-win negotiation skill as job holder need to work closely with other team to prepare effective production schedule in each month and review if necessary.
6.Fair to good in both written and spoken English
