Production/ Technical/ Quality management:
- Manage production, quality, technical planning
- Productivity, product quality management
- Ensure smooth operation and core activities
Manpower management
- Recruit, train and evaluate all staffs
- Prepare and set up manpower for production line
Material management
- Control all material: quantity, quality, input, output, inventory
- Prepare material for production
ISO, 5S, safety and environment management
KPI, OH Cost management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good leadership skill with high integrity, commitment, communication, interpersonal ability, problem solving and report making skill
- Have experience in controlling about product quality, product parameters, machine condition operation, material, manpower…
- Bachelor degree or higher graduate, majored in Machine/ Manufacturing, Electric/ Electronics, Automation, Executive management
- At least 12-year experience in Electronics component field, 8-10 year management experience with the same position/ related field at big-sized manufacturing companies
- Good command of English, Korean is an advantage
- A result-oriented person with good ability of MS office
- Can work overtime and under high pressure
- Have knowlegde of ISO, 7QC tools, SPC, 6sigma, innovation skill
