Project Assistant Intern (Creative Team)

PIXTA Inc. established in Tokyo from 2005, which has 67 million stock photos, illustrations, and videos from over 370 thousand contributors worldwide. PIXTA has grown to be the owner of the biggest Ecommerce platform for selling & buying licensed image, video, illustrator… in Japan.
Our goal is to hire skillful and passionate Project Coordinate who are keen on:

Your scope of work

Casting & take care of shooting (30%)- Support Creative Director find and contact with model, do the preparation for each shooting- Provide administrative and logistical support for each shooting campaign
Review photos (70%)- Sort and classify release photo data- Post on official Facebook/Instagram fanpage according to the available form- Support the department to perform other arising tasks- Check the photos data according to available standard criteria

Your Skills and Experience- The best fit candidates will own:+ Excellent facilitation, coordination, networking and advocacy skills+ Personality: enthusiastic, agile, cautions, highly responsible at work+ Ability to take the initiative in coordinating and deploying work+ Basic English reading and writing skills+ Basic skills in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint
