Project Assistant - International Company - Temporary 12 Month - 400$ - 500$ - Hanoi Branch - Urgent!

I. General Information:
1. Temporary Contract: 12 months
2. Suitable for Female candidate
3. Working Hours: 08AM - 05.30PM, Monday - Saturday
4. Location: 82 Văn Cao, Liễu Giai, Ba Đình, Hà Nội
II. Job Description:
1. Follow up on project processes related with other departments and interact efficiently with these departments
2. Transmit documents to related dept. for their action
3. Receive information of projects from Sales dept., input or update data in project progress file and transfer to assigned project manager/ project engineer
4. Complete As-built documents as requested by customers
5. Follow up and make payment request for inspection fee
6. Ensure related direct staffs to get training schedule, company’s information, etc
7. Drive and promote safe behavior in accordance with the Schindler Vietnam Safety Management System
8. Other tasks assigned by project managers

III. Job Requirements

1. Excellent in MO (especially Word, Excel)
2. Good - looking & Be confident in communication
3. Be proactive at work
