Thunder Cloud is looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the company&039;s art projects run smoothly.
The fun part of this job is that you will need to work with Art Director, Project leads to make the best production plan and understand the staff member’s strength to deliver the best result to the clients.
Responsibilities
Support marketing if any, including tracking client’s news, writing posts for social media platforms (10%)
Negotiate, cooperate and work with stakeholders to ensure project tasks are carried out properly
Take care of clients: communicating, updating files/ projects/ revision, delivering files, and receiving feedback via email, skype, phone, etc.
Data management: Collect and update necessary data such as tech brief, client data, project information, and brief
Plan detailed production schedule and resources based on the project’s scope of work and ensure the project run according to schedule
Requirements
Japanese level N2 N3
Friendly, energetic, good teamwork & independent working
Please attach your Japanese language certificate to your CV
At least 1 year working as a project coordinator or relevant experience (priority)
Working experience as IT project coordinator and knowledge of project management is an advantage
Prior experience in effectively communication with Japanese clients both in written and verbal interactions (in Japanese) is highly desirable and considered an advantage
