Plan, Lead, Organize, Coordinate and Control all stages of the management of our Property Projects to achieve all project quality, cost and timeline deliverables.
• Local Authority Coordination: Coordination and Submissions of all necessary applications and documents for approvals for smooth execution of the project.
• Progress Payments: supervise and approve all contractual progress payments
• Project Meetings : Coordinate Project Meetings with all stakeholders such as Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Government authorities, Investors and Project Owners.
• Site Logistics : coordinate with contractors the Site Logistics Plan, Construction Site Facilities Site Security/Access Control, Temporary Facilities, Staging Area/Traffic
• Construction Management & Coordination: coordinate Pre-Construction Conferences, Mobilization Plan, QA/QC Program, Monitor QA/QC Subcontractor Approval, Monthly Schedule Report, and Monthly Cost Report.
• Close-Out Documentation: coordinate close-out process and documentation.
• Cost Planning & Estimating. Coordinate Project Cost Models, Plans, Budgets, Reports and Financial Cash Flow Analyses.
• Project Acceptance & Handover: coordinate project acceptance and handover.
• Submittal Process (Submittal Control Chart, Review of Submittals/Shop Drawings, Manage Submittal Process, Interpret Drawings/Specifications
• Design & Engineering: Selection & Approval of Consultants& Sub-Consultants, Statements of Project, Requirements/ Development Briefs, Design Coordination, Design Reports, Structural Design, EP,Civil Design, Landscape Design, interior Design Documentation, Value Engineering Studies, Constructability Reviews, Soil Investigations & Site Surveys.
• Tender Documents : coordinate all aspects of Contract Documents, CD/SD/DD/CD Drawings & Specifications, BoQ, preparation of Tender Documents and management of Tender Process, Tender Analysis and Contract Awards.
• Scheduling: Coordination of Master Schedule, Master Schedule Updates, Design Schedule, Construction Schedule and Construction Schedule Updates.
• Human Resource and Administration: organize and build necessary project management team to achieve all the objectives of the position.
• Testing & Commissioning: coordinate testing and commissioning.
• Safety: coordinate safety programs and safety inspection programs.
• Procurement Strategy: development and implementation of Procurement strategy
• Monthly Reporting : Coordination of Progress Reports, Detailed Progress Reports and Construction Progress Reports.
• Site Supervision & Construction Administration: perform all necessary construction supervision, inspections and construction administration.
