Project Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Dự Án (Bình Dương)

• Part List: Check correct sizing of component. Create Mechanical/ Electrical Part. Submit to Material Department for purchase and issue
• Approval Drawing: Ensure the correctness of the drawing which is prepared from the sales Dept.
• Project Schedule: Create schedule, not applicable for urgent/short delivery items unless specified in the Sales Contract.
• Manufacturing:
• Monitor status of completion and make sure that manufacturing work is follow schedule and target date
• Source subcontractor for fabrication steel structure, during fabrication have to follow to make sure that all items are made conform to requirement
• Component Status: Monitor component status from suppliers, for both overseas and local purchases.
• Perform shop test before bring to site for installation.
• Site visit/ Meeting: Attend and make minutes of meeting.
• Cost Control:
• Discuss with Sales on the cost provision if could not be met.
• Ensure project Execution within cost allocated
• Installation:
• Plan for installation by ensuring site access, crane structure, hoist, component are ready for installation.
• Test and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Perform engineering tasks using established procedures. These include component selection, schematic design, system layout, automation control programming, and system documentation.
• Handover: Ensure Operation and Maintenance Manual, Handover Letter, Professional Engineer&039;s Test Certificate are completed and submitted to client.
• Control workforce during installation, make sure all workers follow EHS procedure and no accidental.
• Arrange for testing and commissioning
• Payment:
• Follow up the payment from customer with the terms of payments agreed in the sales contract/PSS.
• Ensure Down Payment/ Letter of Credit/ Telegraphic Transfer Before commencement of order of material/ work.

• Previous knowledge of work as site work is advantage.
• Must be willing to work at elevations
• Engineer with at least 2 years experience.
• Good English is advantage
• Can read and apply the contents of all OSHA, ANSI, CMAA and other codes or regulations on our industry.
• Extended travel to customer locations is required. Must be team-oriented, customer-focused . programs, Microsoft Project ….
