Project Engineer (Wind Energy)

Maintain schedule and budget for the engineering works.
Manage quality customer relations, internal and external.
Technical interface with Commercial Operations, Requisition Engineering, and Project Management teams for the technical aspects of project planning, installation, test, commissioning, punch list for Wind Turbines.
Manage the relationship with key contractors and suppliers during project execution.
Support and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support.
Evaluate bidding document and report to Project Manager pertaining to advantage aspects.
Manage all technical requirement according to contract for project completion.
Liaise with local and international stakeholders - both internal and external to the company.
Participate in the risk assessment of technical aspects of the project and the development and application of appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/ program requirements.
Develop creative approach to providing engineering solutions.

Previous wind industry experience is preferred.
Well-founded communication skills oral and written in English.
Interpretation and application of the Regulatory framework as they apply to the Wind technology and prospective BCG’s power plant projects.
Proficient in a range of general computer packages (e.g. Word processing, excel, AutoCAD, etc.).
Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
Flexible attitude to tasks and an open mind for new challenges.
Proven ability to prepare high quality reports suitable for senior management and external stakeholders.
