1. Secure suitable and optimal L2 and L3 profile designs for each customer.
2. Solutions / Protection of methods techniques for partners / customers to achieve win-win goals
3. Continuously update regulations and standards of relevant state agencies and facilities and ensure design standards
4. Analyze, evaluate and improve continuous technical solutions according to the guiding school
5. Build the working process of room Project and interdepartmental engineering Security
6. Updating technology to build new solutions and products, especially solar power applications based on market-oriented research

1.    Managerial positions:

• Leadership and coaching for staff
• Planning: set objectives and timeline, assess risks, opportunities and trends
• Accountable for objectives and performance of the team .
• Set monthly performance reviews with each staff.
• Accountable for cost optimization.
• Get feedback of employees and customers and proactively act on them.
• Record all documents on activity, projects, reports on Redmine.

2.       Be responsible and accountable for above-mentioned duties assigned by the direct management.

3.      To report on time and feedback to the direct manager when facing difficulties and problems when performing the work. In case not satisfactory feedback is offered, you can report the situation directly to the higher level and take responsibility for the content of the report.

4.      To coordinate with departments and/or teams to ensure the overall progress of the work.

5.      To keep confidential all assigned work, and follow other confidentiality requirements according to company regulations.

6.      To maintain and improve the quality management system of the company.

7.      Strictly comply with internal rules and regulations of the company.
