Project Implementation Consultant

• Term of contract: 12 months; Report to: Fleet Sales Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• In charge of project implementation
• Meet dealers with Fleet sales manager to present the project in order to get their agreement
• Provide guideline on how to use the software & its benefits for dealers.
• Support Dealers to install the software
• Work with cross-functional teams & FSM team to develop software and provide solution for customers
• Develop detail plan to deliver overall project objective of Ford Transit’s new transport solutions.
• Closely follow up with each dealer to get their feedback & support them if needed

REQUIRED BACK-GROUND/EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Integrity and trustworthiness.
• Preferred sale experience (B2B)
• Ability to communicate/write in English
• Experience as account manager/ implement consultant at digital transport companies is a big plus.
• IT knowledge: apps usages, web, digital tools
• High teamwork, flexibility, carefulness and capability to learn new concepts, good learning agility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation, presentation, coordination…)
