Project Management Engineer

- Planning and monitoring the execution for assigned projects
- Focus on controlling schedule, cost of projects through project&039;s phases
- Stakeholders communication, identify risk and problem-solving
- Administrative tasks to manage projects through Project management platform (ZOHO projects)
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Other tasks appointed by Business Development Manager

- Suitable Bachelor Degree in Project Management fields or Engineering fields.
- At least 1 year experience in job related to Project Management especially in manufacturing field.
- Technical background is prefered.
- Understanding of Project Management concept in manufacturing company.
- Familiar with Gantt Chart and Project management tools..
- Planning and time management skills.
- Proactive person. Communication, team-work oriented, logical thinking and self motivated.
- Plant local language, fluent. Good English knowledge : written and speaking.
- Windows Office tool, user level. ZOHO projects, ZOHO Analytic, Power BI knowledge is plus.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
