Project Management Officer (PMO)

Project Management tool (MCR) support to Project Managers:
- Resolve issues/problems related to MCR
- Support to develop tool / framework for project management
- MCR process – guidance
Project management support:
- Capacity and Budget steering for Projects with counter partners
- Moderating for project management review
- Administering department contracts
- Maintaining the project cockpit chart/ project KPI at the department level through the inputs from the respective Engineering Managers and Project Managers
PMQ support:
- Reporting project management qualification status on a monthly basis
Billing support:
- Support in the recovery of overtime expenses, purchases, travels through “customer at actuals” billing
- Identify the Opportunity and Risk of budget and capacity
- Controlling and reporting billing for department on a monthly basis
Management support:
- Monitoring costs of department and reporting monthly
- Conducting business planning and current forecast at department level, tracking and controlling financial data
Customer division wise data reporting
- Ad-hoc requests to generate management reports of HC, PC, budget, revenue with multiple dimensions (divisions, department, group, etc...)
- Collaborating with BGSW PMO for GB business planning and tracking monthly

- Majored in Business Administration, Accounting/ Finance or related field
- Good English communication skill
- Characteristics: Patience, well-organized, responsible and reliability, quick learning
- Well knowledge on Project Management. PMP will be plus point
- Excellent skills in data management with MS Excel and reporting with MS Power Point
- Good self-organization ability, problem solving ability, high attention to details
- Knowledge on Controlling Process and Tools would be an advantage (Power BI will be plus point)
