- Ensure resource availability and allocation, develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, conduct quality control of projects throughout development to maintain expected standards, predict what is required to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Resource and adjust project timelines and goals based on changing project needs or financing
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers, meet with customers to obtain detailed order briefings and clarify specific requirements for each project, manage relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders
- Work with project staff across functions to coordinate internal and external resources, meet budget objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis, prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements, and track project costs on budget.

- Develop spreadsheets, charts and flowcharts to record requirements, improve the workflow and methods of the project management department, and formalize and complete the company&039;s related workflows.
- Identify and define project scope and objectives, engage all relevant internal stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility, making effective decisions while providing multiple options for project progress, developing long- and short-term plans, including setting milestone goals and adhering to deadlines
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks, lead projects from requirements definition to deployment, determine timelines, scope, budget estimates and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation, analyze project progress, and adjust scope, timelines as necessary and costs to ensure project team compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, develop comprehensive project plans, share with clients and other employees, track project performance, especially analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed
