Project Manager

Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
Working Experience: at least 10 years experience
1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structure, Architecture is preferable.
