Project Manager

Coordinate and ensure the completion of projects on time within budget and within scope, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources in term of: Resource, timeline, budget, performance (OKR) and rish asociated
Work directly with Project Director/Project lead/Portfolio to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project, conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

A Bachelor’s degree is required– preferably in a supply chain or engineering field, and a master’s degree is preferred
Have a strong appetite for proactive, informed risk-taking with a winning attitude
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying model outputs clearly to senior stakeholder
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams through complex problem solving
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Needs to be comfortable with ambiguous problems and leveraging wide/diverse networks to solve
Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
