Project Manager

1.Take responsibility to manage project PnL, from planning to execute with full process (negotiating deals/contract terms with partnerships and/ or product development plan...);
2.Set sales target & budget for distribution channel (omni channel, wholesales, pop up...);
3.Deliver on target set and responsible for the team; Optimize business performance (sales, profit, inventory, discount, etc.)
4.Merchandising & product development (aligh with core product of the Company, import products for wide range assortment, collaboration with other to expand category & plentiful assortment...)
5.Set-up & manage retail operation standard (store format/ concept/ layout/ fixture, SOP, staff training...) and omni channel (order fulfillment & logistic, partnership, promotion...)
6.Manage brand awareness in diffirent marketing channel/ campaign
7.Create a go-to-market business expansion plan, develop business partnership
8.Do other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

A Bachelor in Economics / Commerce or Business Management.
Extensive experience in retail with at least 3-4 years as Head of sales, Business developer...
Own customer centric mindset
Demonstrable experience and skills in building positive and productive relationships, with colleagues and business partners.
Energy and ability to take challenging issues and resolve them.
Proficient in English
Strong leadership qualities to manage people effectively.
