Project Manager

Taking charge in planning, managing and coordinating project activities, the Project Manager has the following responsibilities and tasks:

Planning:

Develop and update monthly, quarterly and annual work plans according to targets of the project proposal based on coordination with the project officers and under the direction of the project management team;

Prepare documents and plans including activities, estimated budgets and implementation progress;

Act as the primary focal point and responsible to liaising for management

Implementation:

Coordination of project activities as scheduled and planned;

Provide documents, templates, guidance, and other project support to different components in implementation the project activities;

Provide recommendations to the Board of Director in dealing with issues as they arise and coordination in achieving goals of progress and quality;

Ensure compliance, financial and technical requirements;

In charge for handing-over, prepare document for handover, closing the projects and cooperated with concerned department for collecting debts of the installation project.

Management, monitoring and evaluation:

Taking charge of implementing daily management activities of Project Department;

Being assigned, act as the focal point related to management of the company including reporting, budgeting, development of proposals and other necessary management tool.

Monitor implementation of project activities as needed;

Prepare reports on implementation progress, audit reports, monthly, quarterly, yearly summary reports;

Coordinate the collection and analysis of information and data and prepare general plans, and make periodic reports on project activities;

University graduated, Degrees on automation, mechanical and electrical engineering are preferred;

At least 3 years progressive experience in project coordination/management, with supervision experience preferred;

Knowledge of project management tools and techniques to plan, schedule, implement, and evaluate complex programmatic and operational projects is also recommended;

Skills in coordination, communication and relationships with colleagues and concerned parties;

Fluent Vietnamese and English
