Project Manager

We are seeking qualified candidate for the Project Manager position working in projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
• Manage the project management and construction supervision team
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for Safety, Quality, Integrity of the works.
• Lead the Project Team to make sure construction activities are complied with specs, approved drawings, approved works method statement, approved materials, and authority requirements.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage and enable to lead multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Work with Finance to initiate the Payment Application process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner
• Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.

Job Requirement:
• High integrity and ethics; a desire to “do the right thing” when faced with adversity
• Excellent and fully understanding of the construction process and application of structural design, engineering best practices.
• Time management, communication skill
• At least ten (10) years of continuous experience in Architectural, Civil, Structural and QA/QC activities for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Interiors, Landscaping, Infrastructure, Design and Construction
• Forward-looking and proactive; an ability to predict and mitigate future risks
• Strong computer skills and hands-on ability to utilize project management control systems
• Fluent in English is a must
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields, obtaining the professional license is preferrable.
