Project Manager (Based in Dalat)

• Chair the meetings with consultants, contractors.
• Overall Project management in project planning and work implementation in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Any such other matters as instructed by management from time to time.
• Coordinate with various departments (Investment & Asset Management, Cost & Contract, Design Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance) to make technical decision pertaining to the department concerned.
• Update the management on the progress of the construction works.
• Monitor and control project budgeting, ensure projects are kept within schedule and approved budget as well as constructed asper specified quality.
• Advise on authority requirements in project management.
• Manage the site construction works and documentation efficiently and comply with the recuirements pertaining to the
• Manage, control and review all design stages in accordance with authority requirement.
• Maintain data resource system in project management aspect.
• Quality Management System.
• Recruit, conduct training and development for the team.

• Preferably at least five (7) years working experience inconstruction project management and at least 3 years experience at the same level.
• Good knowledge in project planning and construction of buildings preferably in high-rise and mix-used development
• Good working attituce, high level of initiative and integrity.
• Bachelof&039;s degree in Construction Management / Engineering Architecture or a related field
• Good communication, presentation in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Abilities to work in demancing and multi-tasking environments.
• Highly organized and cetail orientec.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese building regulations, codes of practice and submission procecures.
