** OBJECTIVES
- Responsible for managing and operating whole project relating architecture design, planning and project legal.
- Monitoring and controlling schedule task qualities base on company business plan approved.
- Assist Division Director to meet requirements of company and objectives.
** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist to prepare, develop and implement mid & long term plan for the division to ensure the completion of the company mid & long term goals.
2.Assist to prepare, develop and execute annual design action plan to complete all division’s goal and company’s targets
3.Assist to manage, monitor and evaluate the progress of the division plan in order to give timely solutions and mitigate all negative consequences.
4.Assist to develop an integrated system including design policies, rules, procedures and project advisory in order to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with legal regulations
5.Assist to develop an internal system to collect, analyze and evaluate input data in order to provide optimum solution/ mitigate and reduce arising issues in project master-plan design
6.Support and coordinate with Legal division, R&D department, Construction and project management division, sale & marketing division to ensure approval of project documentation, profit margin of the company and satisfaction of customers
7.Build connection with local authorities and partners to update latest changes in design management, architecture and tendering process.
8.Assist to train and develop internal staffs in order to build successors that are capable of realize business strategies of the company.
* KRA
1.Achieve all targets of Project tasks being approved yearly
-Operating works based on yearly business approval by BOD.
-Coordination with other departments and liaison with NLG Managers
-Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
-Follow up architectural, interior design, urban planning, public domain works and landscaping with executive role, and monitoring QA, QC.
2.Architecture, landscaping and Planning requirements:
-Prepare Design brief documents for building design, public domain and planning.
-Presentation and get approval design brief per Company’s OC.
-Consultants selection for their services.
-Manage detail design and specifications, documentation for tender
-Manage designs to develop new requirements in Project or any adjustment.
-Master Planning monitoring
-Tracking, monitoring and controlling document
-Monitor the work of junior staff and train them
3.Project Legal: execute or support
-Prepare all documents base on authority’s requirement for project.
-Apply, following and meeting with authorities to get approval for design, planning and connection.
-Meeting as representative of 1st investor of project with Authorities.
-Keep in touch with authorities.
-Report as Government regulation
-In relation with company’s legal Director
