Project Manager (E-commerce)

- Meet and work closely with the brand to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Build up detailed long term & short term business plan to develop the brand’s e-commerce stores, include: sales strategy, marketing plan, price, promotion, campaign & budget on each platform
- Delivery market insights and strategy to achieve the target
- Establish and maintain relationships with brands and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Report on campaign effectiveness: during and after each campaign
- Data analysis with strategic vision
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other internal members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Manage team to ensure that all assigned E-commerce projects are operated effectively according to the business guidelines of the company and brands.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members&039; individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Evaluate each campaign and give ideas for new sales strategies

- Working closely with Platform for an overall strategy in platform familiarity with e-commerce retail environment in Vietnam & Asia (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Adayroi, ...)
- Experience in customer retail management
- Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus
- Experience in branding management
- Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams
- Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in communication and working under pressure
- 3-4 years in brand companies or e-commerce agencies with deeply e-commerce experience
