** JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a (Senior) Project Manager for our projects, your mission could be simplified in some words:
• Project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management
• Actively participates as a leader in company to contribute to building up Bosch company culture
• Take part in talent selection process for the company as a technical interviewer, and take initiative in improving on reporting, processes, and workflow and customer outcomes
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
• Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control and Closure) to ensure project goal and objective
• Lead and motivate the team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring
• Ensure software development standards and practices are compliance with company processes

This position can be open for whom with strong experience at EMB Dev skills and looking for an opportunity to build your experience at Project Management. We offer training to you and give you chance to get exposure at project management tasks.

Qualifications
+ 5-10 years of experience in Embedded Software Development, especially using C/C++
+ Proven in-depth expertise in Project Management in Embedded areas
+ Solid knowledge and practical experience in Micro-controllers and Micro processors
+ Good communication skills in English (oral & written)
