• Monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilisation, project financials.
• Defining jointly with the project controls department, all project plan documents, including the scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
• Supervising the project team allocated to the project, defining/ finalising main guidelines, allocating project tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks at hand and milestones
• Show high regard for personal safety and safety of workmates, ensure work area is free of Hazards.
• You shall manage the complete Hydro Power Project site as per directions from Management.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
• This position shall need to work closely with the Project Coordinator, for time-to-time discussions, updation and instruction implementation from Management.
• Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
• Aware of all regulatory requirements and processes during the construction of Project till commissioning.
• This position shall be working closely with Project Coordinator for Information Management to Board of Directors.
• Coordinating with supply chain management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers/contractors.
• Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Capturing, evaluating and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed along with driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
• Overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow and identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Ensure all site incharges shall proceed with the procedures follow all safety guidelines.
• Develop systems and procedures to track and report on Project Key Performance Indicators such as schedule, productivity, progress, contractual costs.
• Ensure all resources at site are appropriately trained in how to perform their job in a safe manner. Ensure that all resources at site are provided with a safe work environment. Be aware of all relevant regulatory requirements
