Project Manager Financial Literacy (FL)

The Project Manager FL will develop and pilot a concept for institutionalizing Dariu’s FL Programme, including:
Support the piloting of the course in selected schools in close coordination with the General Manager of Dariu Vietnam;
Establish an overall project plan with specific tasks and timelines to be approved by the General Manager of the Dariu Foundation in Viet Nam;
Based on a self-evaluation of the pilots, finalize the curriculum, the teaching material and the concept for the Business Plan Competition and the Impossible Competition.
Building upon existing material available in Viet Nam or abroad, develop the FL curriculum to be used teaching FL with secondary and high-school students;
Draft teaching material and guidance for teachers;
Prepare and organize pilots for the Business Plan Competition and the Impossible Competition in selected schools;
Develop a concept for the Business Plan Competition and the Impossible Competition;
Any other tasks relating to the FL Programme that might be assigned by the General Manager of Dariu Vietnam on a case-to-case basis.
Establish a plan to institutionalize the FL Programme;
Develop and evaluation metrics for the FL Programme;

Own business experience would be a plus.
Good knowledge of the Vietnamese education system;
Excellent written and oral Vietnamese and English skills;
Practical teaching experience;
Experience in managing complex projects independently;
Experience in curriculum development and in preparing teaching material;
Practical experience in applying software-based tools for teaching, self-learning, and distance learning;
Experience with modern, interactive teaching methods;
University or college degree in pedagogics, finance, or management;
Experience in teaching management, finance or entrepreneurship would be a significant advantage;
