Job Description
Participate in product development of GoJob Vietnam.
Project Planning and Implementation
● Develop plans, goals, timelines, and budgets for projects in the EdTech and
HRTech sectors.
● Coordinate and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
Team Management
● Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate the performance of project team
members.
● Ensure effective coordination among technical teams, design teams, testing
teams, and other relevant departments.
Monitoring and Reporting
● Track project progress, address emerging issues, and ensure the project stays on
schedule.
● Provide regular reports on progress, risk assessments, and project outcomes to
leadership and stakeholders.
Risk Management and Communication
● Identify, analyze, and manage potential risks during project implementation.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or
related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and 2 years of experience
related to product development, preferably in the EdTech or HRTech sectors.
● Excellent leadership, communication, problem- solving, and time management
skills.
● Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management tools such as Jira
and Trello.
● Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop product
strategies.
