Project Manager (Korean Speaking) - Tại Hà Nội/Cần Thơ

- Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues
- Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management
- Building and managing a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
- Communicating and reporting with managers and clients for projects progress
- Taking leadership role in reviewing and improving working process, including project evaluation metrics/KPI
- Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
- Estimating and managing the project budget
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
- Planning, estimating and structuring the work and the project
- Taking people leadership in Involving in resource assignment and developing people

- Strong people interaction and relationship building skills
- Fluent in English with Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills
- Having strong understanding and experience on the project management process and various Software Development models (Agile, Scrum,...), and tools (Jira, Slack)
- Having strong project management skills gained from various projects. Possessing PMP is a big plus.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Can speak Korean and English
