Project Manager Office ( English & Japanese)

- Project Management tool (MCR) support to Project Managers:
+ Resolve issues/problems related to MCR
+ MCR process - guidance: MCR access, Package SCCM Installation for MCR, iGPM for PM-PCM, P-ID projects, etc..
- General project management support:
+ Organizing project review
+ Maintaining the project cockpit chart at the department level through the inputs from the respective Engineering Managers and Project Managers
+ Administering department contracts.
+ Managing department level HC & budget report
- Training management support:
+ Keeping the target matrix for compliance and mandatory training up to date
+ Reporting compliance& mandatory training status on a monthly basis
- Billing support:
+ Controlling and reporting group-wise billing at the department to ensure its data is consistent with the accounting department
+ Support in the recovery of overtime expenses, purchases, travels through “customer at actuals” billing
- Management support:
+ Customer division wise data reporting
+ Conducting business planning and current forecast at department level, tracking and controlling financial data
+ Monitoring costs of department and reporting monthly
+ Ad-hoc requests to generate management reports of HC, PC, budget, revenue with multiple dimensions (divisions, department, group, etc.,)

REQUIREMENT
- Majored in Business Administration, Management and Operations/ Language Interpretation and Translation / International Business/ Accounting/ Finance or related field
- Good English communication skill and Interpersonal skills
- Good self-organization abilities, problem solving abilities, high attention to details
- Excellent skills in data management with MS Excel and reporting with MS Power Point (Intermediate to advance level in Excel)
- Characteristics: Patience, well-organized, responsible and reliability, quick learning
- Basic understanding of Project Management / Business Accounting concepts
- Knowledge on controlling process and tools would be an advantage
Basic knowledge to be gained during the induction/probation phase:
- Understand CTG process (CTG report, VA case, Internal agreement form, F03 recharge, etc.)
- Understand basic project scopes
- Understand MCR system
- Understand department/HR/CI process (HC, Overtime, recharge, training, STA RBEI, etc.)
- Japanese ( N3 or above)
- Understand definition/terms of CTG (Fund, budget code, cost center, etc.)
