Project Manager

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company&039;s objectives.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process.
Involve in the recruiting, training of project staff.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Work directly with foreign customers from Japan.
Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur.

Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude.
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
Excellent Japanese (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with Japanese).
At least 3 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork orientated environment, etc.
