Project Manager

Key Responsibilities include
● Managing 1-3 medium to large projects simultaneously
●Taking leadership role in reviewing and improving working process
● Contributing ideas to project evaluation metrics/KPI 
● Planning, estimating and structuring the work and the project
● Building and managing a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
● Estimating and managing the project budget
● Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues
● Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management
● Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
● Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
● Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality

● The Project Manager must be a detailed oriented individual with an eagerness to learn and strong communications skills. He/ She must be a team player with the ability to lead, collaborate and learn.

Experience(s) that Best Prepares
● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business is required. Project Management Certificates desired.
● Experience:

• A minimum of 5-6 years experience in software development
• A minimum of 3-4 years experience managing software projects

Requirements/Qualifications
● Having strong understanding and experience on project management process and various Software Development model (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,...)
● Having strong project management skills gained from various projects. Possessing PMP is a big plus.
● Fluent in English with Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
● Strong people interaction and relationship building skills
● Project experience developing small scale CMS systems and/or ecommerce.
● Attendance requirement: flexible to work late evenings occasionally to accommodate schedules
