For the expansion of projects in Canada Head Office, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who is strong in PHP/ Wordpress to work in Hanoi office. The ideal Project Manager exceeds the expectations of our clients and manages the needs of our development team. You have an excellent understanding of how to manage people and resources efficiently and effectively. You will oversee all touchpoints of a project, including timelines, budgets, schedules, assets, and communication. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a track record of technical expertise and management responsibility.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality is met for design, user experience, development, testing and ongoing maintenance in our web projects. The Project Manager is required to lead web projects from initiation to deployment, resulting in on time, on budget and accurate delivery.
Responsibilities:
Managing project scope, timeline, requirements, monitoring and communicating risk and change, problem solving, identifying opportunities and troubleshooting when problems arise.
Working with the Managing Director to create and implement process improvements and put action items into motion.
Oversee incoming client requests via phone and email, and assign to members of the team as necessary.
Encourage collaboration and lead process improvement initiatives within the team.
Communicate effectively with both clients and project teams, taking full accountability for updates throughout the project life cycle.
Perform other duties as assigned from time-to-time by the Managing Director
Manage the Jira project board, groom backlog, assign tasks and create burndown charts and prepare related reports to manage time and deliverables.
Monitor and report on project budgets, taking a proactive approach to resolving any challenges that occur.
Ensure the project team has a clear task list and is meeting project deliverables.
