Project Manager / Representative

•Maintain and expand contact to the authorities by email, phone and in person
•Participation in the preparation of approval documents as well as personal handover and explanation to the authorities
•Organize, prepare and follow up meetings
•Translate documents into Vietnamese
•Active collaboration with the headquarter to achieve the corporate goals
•Establish contact with associations and lobbies
•Marketing and public relations
•Representation of the company at conferences and events
•Project Management
•Other tasks as assigned

•Completed technical or economic training
•Experience in project management, dealing with authorities and public relations
•Experience in energy or construction management is desirable
•Good in written, spoken Vietnamese and English, knowledge of German is a plus
•Computer literacy
•Ability to work independently as well as in team in a solution-orientated manner
•May need to travel frequently
