Project Manager - Software

Take the initiative to propose ideas and solutions that solve business problems
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
Oversee project plans and schedules
Drive team members to achieve release goals & KPIs
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Take lead on quality control issues
Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
Contribute to internal initiatives such as improving our processes
Responsible for project/ product reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Estimate size, effort and time to achieve project objectives and negotiate estimation results with stakeholders
Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information
Coordinate with Product Manager to drive product releases on time
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project objectives
Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
Maintain & coordinate process/ product documentation
Maintain issues and risks log
Think critically, conduct research and creatively solve problems

Yêu cầu công việc

Good organizational skills and detail-oriented thinking
Interest in mindfulness practice is a plus
3+ years of relevant experience in software Project Management, Agile Methodology
Good problem-solving skills, proactive, a team player but can work independently too
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
