Project Manager

Principle duties: 

• Portfolio & Project management.


• Overseeing IT Management.


• Financial management.


• Client & Contract management.


• Engage in Pre-sales activity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the cross-organization relationship in IT/ICT Operations, internal clients, support tool vendor, contractors and other parties, by acting as the central point of contact for all project related topics. 


• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects.


• Performing quality assurance and risk management.


• Managing project team members.


• Project finance, accounting, budget and scheduling estimation and management.


• Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal, external and third party relationships.


• IT/ICT processes, infrastructure, network and integration project delivery.


• Managing a process- and software platform roll-out on a cloud based solution.


• Conducting status review meetings with team members and stakeholders.


• Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress.

Requirement: 
*** Education: University Degree in IT or Business Management.

*** Technology skills and experience:

• Experience in the IT Industry in complex IT/ICT process environments.


• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in service & technological sector.


• Knowledge in ITIL and ISO and other industry standards in both information technology and project management.


• Knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing solutions.

*** Soft-skills:

• Leadership.


• Team management.


• Client management.


• Advanced English communication.


• Decision making.


• Negotiation.


• HR Management.


• Strategic management.
