Project Marketing Leader (Real Estate)

- Cordinate, manage and build the brand of Group as line manager&039;s assignment;
- Implement marketing plan for Real Estate projects of the Company as following details:
- Understand project targets to work with internal and external teams in Marketing departments and other Departments: Corporate Branding, Mar-com, Creative and other related departments
- Cordinate to organize sales events/launches;
- Build up marketing collaterals: brochure, leaflet, scale model, website, VR etc;
- Manage tasks and marketing targets as approved milestones;
- Collaborate and manage suppliers/agencies for executions of marketing activities;

- Good command in English;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing in real estate, hospitality or cosmetic industry;
- Confident and dynamic personality;
- Ability to communicate and present effectively;
- Have strong and deep understanding about Real Estate/ Hospitality industry;
