Project Officer

• Provide Board of Management with update on Binh Dinh market in terms of real estate and hospitality sectors and other related information that might be beneficial for the operations and development of the Company.
• Plan, attend and take minutes of meetings.
• Order necessary office supplies.
• Support Project Management team on other project basis in accordance with the assignment from Head of Division and/ or Management.
• Organize project and business trips’ logistics.
• Carry out the other project administration and coordination for construction management.
• Liaise with management, different department, consultants, contractors and authorities for the project’s implementation and construction.
• Provide detailed updates to the project management board and other stakeholders in terms of photos and the progress of each package or work.
• Be responsible for filing all official writing communications with external parties in soft and hard copy and communicate regular update for relevant internal departments and future reference.
• Prepare necessary office supplies.
• Monitor the daily progress of projects.

• High level of English proficiency and computer literacy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Well-organized, high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and willing to travel for business trip
• Priority is given to candidates with working experience in similar position in International Companies or Real Estate sector.
• Bachelor Degree with good result
