Project Officer Agricultural Trade Promotion

•Masters/Bachelor degree in an area that is relevant to achieve the program objectives (e.g. Business administration, Economics, Agriculture and Trade);
•Experience in working with GIZ or other international funded projects with focus on agricultural trade. Experience with the private sector is a plus;
•At least 3-5 years professional experience in a comparable position;
•Good knowledge of the national standard system for agricultural trade in Vietnam (Accreditation, certification, laboratories, framework conditions);
•High work ethics, reliable and motivated, able to handle multiple simultaneous assignments with competing priorities under the condition of tight time schedules and fixed deadlines;
•Excellent organizational skills; efficient, accurate and high-quality delivery of all work-related output;
•Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required;
•Experience in networking with agencies, service providers, and public partners;
