Project Sales Base in Ho Chi Minh

Sales Prospecting: Maintain the existing clients and develop new clients from all market segments throughout the South of Vietnam including: Property developers, Hotel & Resort Operator, Private Gym Club Owner, Architects & ID contractor and Government.
•Find and develop new sales opportunities
•Follow and manage projects pipeline/Sales opportunities on Salesforce system.
•Build & develop relationship with existing & new clients. Build and manage your customer database on Salesforce system.
•Do company presentation and layPresent our company’s scope of service to the customer
•Prepare quotations under guidance and get approval from Sales Director.
•Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and close sales.
•Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
•Coordinate with all departments to satisfy customers’ requirements, debt collection etc.
•Work with both Vietnamese and foreign customers.

•Must have minimum of 3 years verifiable sales experience, selling any kind of equipment /products to: Building project, Hotels/ resorts project, serviced apartments, property developers. Prefer experience in building material.
•Proven profession selling skills.
•Strong result focused and customer oriented.

•Able to travel upon business demand.
•Having good relationships with project developers such as hotels, resorts, apartments, fitness clubs,.. etc is a plus.
