Project Specialist (Quang Binh - Quang Tri)

TEQ Supervisor task:

• Keep inventory stock and check up to date at all times.


• Presence on site/port and keep up to date on planned work and schedule the coming days to be up to date on what TEQ is expected ready for return.


• Prior to start of project have meetings with port/site to ensure all arrangements in place for proper handling/sorting of TEQ.


• Guide/instruct site/port crew on proper handling of TEQ.


• Daily report back to Project Manager TEQ CT on stock and what is ready to be returned and the work schedule for the coming days.


• Flag any potential issues in regard to performance of site/port crew for early intervention by DSV TEQ CT.


• Verify that what is loaded in trailers/containers corresponds the agreed packing list to ensure correct cargo documentation.


• Performs any other duties as assigned.

• University Degree/Equivalent.


• Business experience preferably in the areas of Projects, Windmill, turbine, heavy-lift and out-of-gauge / Oil & Gas / Sea & Air freight forwarding.


• Used to working with warehouse or in port/sites.


• Practical mindset and solution orientated.


• Maintain good standards and follow agreed procedures.


• Organized.


• Excellent communication skills in local and English languages, both oral and written.


• MS Office computer literate.
