Promotion Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To maximize display income, ensure implementation of promotion and branding.

Job accountabilities:

Other tasks assign by Line Manager
Co-operate with Accounting team to follow up credit-related matters; with Operations team to update display check list of payment by Suppliers.
Work with Ecommerce team for menu & promotion management online
Coordinate between departments to manage promotional products and POSM display at stores.
Do evaluation of promotion effectiveness with Data Analysis team support
Co-operate Marketing and category team for Circle K premium production
Prepare rental income forecasts together with Category Managers.
Co-operate with Plan-o-gram team to build POG of promotion Bays for each promotion.
To ensure promotion implementation via regular store check.
Work with Category team, Operations and Marketing to implement promotions as planned.

Quick learning, can-do attitude and willing to take up challenges.
Good command of English.
Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
Outstanding communication skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years’ working experience in merchandising, marketing, or related field. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
