Property Manager

 Direct and co-ordinate the management of administrative services effectively including:
- Supply management: Direct, control and evaluate wide-range of suppliers. Responsible for supply and inventory management. Overall control movement of materials within the company.
- Legal management: Serve as in-house legal counsel. To be in charge of legal document preparation and proceeding not limit to leasing contract, licenses application, insurance.
- Facility and resources management: provide, check and maintain to assure all the facilities and resources to meet with the company quality standards. Ensure all utility systems are operated fully and followed strictly preventive maintenance schedule
 Plan and manage department annual budget. Control cost wisely and effectively
 Develop objectives, policies in all administrative services area to achieve company objectives. Review and update the whole Admin working system including procedures, work instructions, forms, reports, facility management assessment and measurement system
 Motivate, train, coach and develop Admin staff’s functional and competencies capabilities
 Monitor performance of Admin staff and driven for high performing Administrative service team
