Property Manager (residential project)

Looking for a Property Manager who has strong experience in property Management for residential project.

Organize and manage, operate the entire project customer service of apartments
Process report financial yearly profit and loss budget to BOD
Ensure monthly/yearly financial and management reports
Deal with suppliers
Implement training sessions for staff carrying out customer services (complex management, reception, security and sanitary…)
Develop and implement the program of Communities’ care and support
Handle and increase good relationship with local government.
Build a system and set of standards for quality management and customer service for residents according to international standards

Must have more than 3 years experience as Property Manager (residential projects)
At least Bachelor Degree
Proficient in English
Have experience in Managing Luxury Project is preferred
Have property management certificate.
