Purchasing Executive

Establish a purchase strategy, prioritize and implement a purchasing strategy appropriate to the size of the hotel
Improve purchase efficiency by standardizing purchasing process and standardizing transaction management through integrated purchasing activities
Supply, and strengthen cooperation / ties with suppliers to establish strategic purchasing partnerships
Improve purchasing efficiency by standardization through improvement of purchasing process
New supply and suppliers are explored and cultivated to diversify the purchasing network and make purchasing cost efficient
Contributes to profit improvement through efficient management of purchasing cost by managing the purchasing function of materials and equipment
Establish a purchase strategy, prioritize and implement a purchasing strategy appropriate to the size of the hotel
Operates and manages the materials and equipment purchasing functions of the departments in the hotel, and controls the purchase cost, contributing to the improvement of the company profit and loss

Required Skills

- Need knowledge of civil and commercial law: Level of understanding the law
- Communication skill (negotiation / presentation / speech / listening): Professional Entry level
- Understanding / knowledge of industrial and product characteristics such as hotel, duty free, leisure: Basic knowledge and practical application
- Business knowledge and data base analysis skills: Basic knowledge and practical application
- Foreign Language (English): Casual discussion

Qualifications

BS or above (Required); Business-related departments and MBA preferred, (CPM credential holders preferred)

Experiences

At least 1 year experience in the same position
Using Sun, MC system is preferred
