Purchasing & Logistic Manager

Report to: Plant Manager / Plant Director
Management and supervision: Deputy Purchasing Manager, Logistic Dept (Store – Warehouse)
- Responsible for sourcing and procuring the following materials:
+ Equipment, utensils, office machines, stationery.
+ Other maintenance and repair services.
+ Raw materials, consumables.
+ Equipment and spare parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate term pricing and contract terms, required quality levels, delivery times, and costs efficiently.
- Follow up orders, imported materials and fulfill import quotas.
- Work closely with other Department Heads to flexibly deal with production situations.
- Responsible for all logistics related activities including: finished goods warehouse, raw material - spare parts warehouse, delivery, material planning.
- Apply and update import and export quotas and permits.
- Update market information, suggest buying opportunities.
- Evaluate potential suppliers, develop quality supplies.
- Develop and implement systems, processes and procedures related to the provision of materials, equipment, and delivery services to increase the efficiency of cost management.
- Maintain information, documents, and data about purchases and suppliers.
- Keeping up to date with circulars and legal regulations on import and export tax.
- Analyze quotations, evaluate product quality according to specifications.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Necessary characteristics and virtues: careful, meticulous, honest, sensitive.
