Purchasing & Logistics Leader (Work in Ha Nam - Bus from Ha Noi)

IDV is seeking applications for a Purchasing and Logistics Team leader as a leadership role who will report directly and work closely with senior management in supporting and overseeing procurement and logistics services from a management perspective to ensure required supplies of commodities, facilities, and service needs for production, admin activities that ensure the efficiency and in a timely manner.
The job description:
The jobholder should ideally understand the concept as well as the ability to perform the team-leading role in the field of procurement and logistics activities as follows:
Identifies new local, global vendors/suppliers that ensure the competitive, compliance, and transparent procurement process.
Lead, train and develop team members toward a high-performing team.
Manages the entire process in the planning of commodities procurement and supply chain activities which include but not limited to PO balance reports, inventory control, logistics, and customs finalization reports, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required.
Ensure effective, timely delivery of commodities using the most appropriate procurement procedures; introducing process improvements of his/her own function.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track of success record, preferably in the trading, production, and industrial products sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in recognized professional, preferably business administration, international business.
• Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience with the EPEs (Export Processing Enterprises) is an advantage.
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
• Sounds knowledge of any or familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
